Our Pamuk Peshtemal is handwoven from start to finish by a family of craftsman on traditional wooden looms using the finest Turkish cotton available. The cotton fibers are grown, harvested and spun on the family farm. The family members work painstakingly on traditional looms to weave these works of art in a very subtle honeycomb pattern. These peshtemals are as functional as they are beautiful and will get only better with age. Mix and match with our coordinating Pamuk Neutral Peshtemals.
I was recently inspired to switch to Turkish towels for the kitchen and the bathroom, and I could not be happier. My only regret is not making the switch sooner. This towel is the perfect combination of Olive and Linen quality combined with comfort and function. Even my husband who balked at switching away from a fluffy terry towel when he gets out of the shower is completely converted! My next purchase will be a couple for the beach bag!
